1. To insert a Core into your YOKU, Grab a core and fray one end to activate it.

2. Insert the non- frayed end into the front of your YOKU.

3. Inheal in through your YOKU and out through your nose.

• A couple of things to note:

• Your YOKU was designed with an interior spring mechanism to hold your Core in place inside your YOKU. 
• It was also designed with enough space to be able to easily pull the Core back out from the cradle. The gap at the end of the cradle is room for grabbing the Core out with your finger, the Core shouldn't fill the cradle, when inserted correctly, the Core clicks in against the spring behind the slight ridge on the barrel end of the cradle.
