Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that your order will be canceled. Our customer support team must manually process the cancellation request.
To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to assist you in canceling your order before it is dispatched.
We aim to address cancellation requests promptly. However, once an order begins the fulfillment process with our partner fulfillment center, it becomes ineligible for cancellation. The fulfillment process includes picking, packing, and labeling the package.
Before an order is labeled for shipment, its status will show as "unfulfilled" on your YOKU account dashboard. Please note that this unfulfilled status does not guarantee that the order can be canceled, as it may have already entered the picking or packing phase at the fulfillment center.
Once a package is labeled for shipment, the order status will change to "fulfilled," and you will receive tracking information via email.
