Refunds and returns are accepted for products that are still sealed in their original packaging and within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Important: For returns of Journey Packs, the sealing stickers on the device's box must remain intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened items.
Shipping-related fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return for your unopened product, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a request to return a sealed product. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
If There is an Issue with Your Order
If you encounter any issues with your order or discover an unusual defect in a product, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for assistance. Please include your order number, provide a detailed description of the issue, and if applicable, attach photos of any damage or defects. Our support team will respond soon to discuss potential next steps. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
For Purchases Made in a Store
If you purchased a YOKU product at a retail store, please contact the specific store and follow their return policies.

If YOKU is negatively affecting you, stop use immediately, consult your doctor, and inform our support team.
- Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued.
