How Can I Check On My Order's Status?Updated 6 months ago

After placing your order, you can track its status through your customer account. Please note that order processing typically takes 1-3 business days.

 

1.  Log into your account for steps on logging in to your account.


2. Click "My Account" from the left hand menu on the desktop or the hamburger menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen on mobile.

3. Under "Order History," click on the order number you wish to view. The fulfillment status and tracking information will appear on the right-hand side of the screen, beneath each product.
